During the survey appointment we will take dimensions for all complete apertures, check the floor levels and discuss threshold options. We will discuss external finishes and standard fixing methods of our products and provide the most suitable set back and cill projections.
We will also check the access points to establish if the products will need to be disassembled when delivered or if any specialist lifting equipment is required. We will also confirm if scaffolding or towers may be required to be supplied for us to carry out our installation.
From these details, we will produce a survey report and any necessary drawings that may be required. These will form the instructions that may be required by your builder, to ensure the perfect installation of your doors and windows.
Our technical survey service gives you peace of mind knowing the responsibility for the product frame size lies with us, giving you one less thing to worry about during your self-build or home improvement project.
