Kloeber is owned and managed by a team with many years of key experience within the construction industry. This means we can understand every part of your project and how this works with your glazing requirements. We put real importance on looking at every project individually and in context with the overall build/renovation. Within our team we have experience of contracts management, project management, engineering and all general building from small extensions to large scale commercial sites.
Kloeber started in 2006 and has expanded every year, we believe this is due to our attention to detail, flexibility, hard work and understanding of your needs. In a market where there is a lot of new competition and an abundance of choice in terms of products, we’re very proud to have established ourselves as a market leader for bespoke glazing solutions. Product Range
There is a vast array of products on the market with regard to glazing solutions and at Kloeber we’ve designed and selected the very best in quality, style and affordability. We’ve covered as many bases as possible with regards to supplying the complete package, so you can nominate us to supply not only your bifolding and sliding doors but many different types of windows, fixed glazing, flat rooflights, pitched roof lanterns, front doors, single doors, French doors and gable glazing. We supply most of our products in three different engineered timber types, thermally-broken aluminium, alu-clad (timber inside/aluminium outside).
Our window range includes top swing reversible, tilt & turn, vertical sliding sash, side and top friction hinged windows.
We’re confident that our range of products is broad enough to fit into most budgets and to suit any style of house; be it an ultra-modern contemporary new build or the renovation of a Georgian town house.
There is no substitute for seeing the products first hand. You cannot possibly financially commit to a supplier without first viewing/testing the products out and meeting the people you’re considering buying from. We understand that confidence is a major part in your decision making and we endeavour to go the extra mile with our service in the showrooms to achieve this.
We have five showrooms located in Cambridgeshire, West London, Buckinghamshire, West Sussex and in Swindon at the National Self Build & Renovation Centre. These showrooms display our product range including timber and aluminium front doors, bifolds, aluminium sliding doors, rooflights and many different types of windows. Our Buckinghamshire showroom near Bicester is only 10 minutes from the Graven Hill site which presents the largest opportunity in the UK for people to build their own home. This idyllic spot is 188 hectares in size, situated around a wooded hill, just 3 miles from junction nine off the M40. Graven Hill has outline planning for 1900 new homes, shops, offices, a primary school and a pub. The first plots were released for sale in August 2016 and plots will be released for sale each year until the site is built out. The very best products always come with the right specification for your project and whether your priority is low U-values, high security or low maintenance, Kloeber has the solution for you. We are CHAS, SMAS, CE and FSC® certified (FSC® C101873). Our products can achieve U-values as low as 0.7 W/m2K. Our front doors are fully part M compliant and all of our products perform beyond the scope of all mandatory UK Building Regulations. The choice of different materials and glass types within our range is vast so we can always offer something that fits with your project.
Understandably, with all of the choice of material types and glass specifications, the way forward can often seem complicated. We offer a technical consultation service which is designed to give you clarity on the details for your project. We can visit your house/site to ensure everything is made simple and clear rather than overtly complicated.
During a technical consultation you can discuss your choices for ironmongery, colours and glass types, we can advise on opening configurations that suit your preferences, we can also take you through the installation process and check access and structural details, all of which can lead to key decisions on the correct spec for you. Our aim is to make sure you understand everything and talk through the details ensuring the end result is to your full satisfaction.
Our Technical Survey service gives you peace of mind that the responsibility for the product frame sizes lies with us. We’re happy to take the dimensions from you, your builder or architect but there’s no substitute in ensuring nothing is overlooked than to book us for a full dimensional survey.
During our visit we will take dimensions for every existing aperture, check the threshold details, floor levels, lintel dimensions and wall details to determine the fixing method, set back and cill projections. We use laser levels, measuring devices, good old-fashioned spirit levels and tape measures. We’ll also check the access to determine if the products need to be disassembled when delivered and if there is any specialist lifting equipment required.
Once back in the office, we’ll produce a full written report of the survey including any instructions that may be required for your builder to ensure everything is perfect for the installation of your doors and windows. This will be accompanied by drawings and other documents where necessary.

With Kloeber there is the option for one company to take on both the supply and installation of your glazing products. Should you wish Kloeber to install, our fully guaranteed service is carried out by our highly trained and experienced installation teams. Our strict on-site protocol will also ensure you receive a full demonstration of all products and will be personally handed your Operations & Maintenance pack. You will also be given the opportunity to inspect our work and asked to sign off the paperwork once you’re 100% satisfied that everything is complete and correct.
Kloeber can offer a supply only service also for anyone to fit our products, we offer full technical back up and comprehensive installation instructions with every order. We’re happy to still provide our full warranty as long as the items are fitted correctly.
Warranty
Kloeber provide a comprehensive warranty with all of our products and given the vast array of different material types and specifications that we offer the warranties differ with each individual product to ensure the right level of cover is provided. Most of our products are guaranteed for 10 years which always includes any failure of the ironmongery and glass and any factory defects.
