All the wood that we use in the manufacture of our doors and windows is FSC® certified.

The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion and management of responsible forestry.

They do this by certifying forests, ensuring the highest environmental and social standards are achieved within the forest where the wood is being harvested for use in products and services that are sold all over the world.

They also manage chain of custody certification offering transparency, allowing you to track through the supply chain right back to the forest, ensuring you can be confident that the products sold with FSC claims are genuinely FSC certified.

FSC certified forests guarantee that:

• Trees that are harvested are replaced or allowed to regenerate naturally
• There are areas of the forest that are protected so that rare animals and plants are also protected
• People working in the forest are offered training, safety equipment and a fair salary ensuring better conditions for those livelihoods dependant on the forest
