We trust you are all healthy and enjoying progress on your projects.
We’re pleased and grateful for an extremely high level of order placement this year and look forward to working on your fantastic projects with you. Such a level of activity in our sector has resulted in the supply chain for house building/developing being put under pressure. You will probably have seen news items recently confirming a shortage of materials for several industries as a result of huge demand putting significant strain on manufacture and supply chains. We wanted to write to you to communicate our company’s actions to reassure you of our highest attention to satisfying your requirements.
We are working closely with our frame and glass suppliers at present to confirm goods-in dates and delivery schedules to minimise any effect on our lead times. We order our materials within two to three days of receipt of your order placement to us and this means that in most cases we receive deliveries from our suppliers well before our projected goods-out dates so we can meet the dates we agree with you.
We know that it is our duty and responsibility to absorb any industry wide supply chain issues, so we can protect you from external factors and ensure you’re not affected by them. We assure you that we will do our utmost to continue to do this and, on rare occasions where factors beyond our control feature in our planning, we assure you that we will give the soonest notice of any changes.
You may have delays from other trades on your projects, we kindly ask that if this is the case, please could you give us as much notice as possible. The sooner you inform us, the sooner we can re-book if necessary.
We’re very grateful for your continued support and thank you for your understanding in these very unusual times. We assure you of our best attention, always, and look forward to contributing to your projects’ success.
All the very best,
Lee & Matt
