    Good morning Dan, I understand that your are Ruth’s line manager. I am writing to you to make you aware of the excellent service I have received whilst choosing my bi-fold doors. I first contacted Ruth in October 2014 and received a quote based on some estimated dimensions. Since that time Ruth has been in regular contact (without being too persistent). Once I had narrowed down the number of suppliers to a short list then I started to go into the detailed design. Throughout that time Ruth has been professional, polite and very helpful despite the large number of changes made to the original design and having to answer what could be considered to be some very mundane questions? Although price is a consideration then so is quality of product and service so to that end I didn’t go for the cheapest quote. The decision was largely influenced by the efficient and courteous manner in which Ruth conducted herself and her attention to detail in ensuring everything was as I wanted it. This is the first time I have ever written anything like this but felt that on this occasion Ruth’s input ought to be recognised.

It is encouraging that Kloeber made us well aware of the extent of the building works involved so we could make an informed decision rather than concentrating on the sale and ‘glossing over’ the further costs we would inevitably incur.     Hi James, I thought I would drop you a few lines to thank you again for all your help yesterday when I came to the showroom. I have just written to Connor with my ideas for taking things forwards. I imagined coming to Sunbury would be a flying visit – whereas I ended up spending a lot of time looking at everything, with your help. It was great for me to have someone there who knew the products extremely well – and whilst being very proud of the company and the products – was happy to patiently explain everything to me without any sales pitch. We were so impressed with the fitting team, they worked so hard and were really lovely. We absolutely love the doors can’t wait to get the kitchen in now so we can use the room properly!

    Hi Dan, Just a very quick email to thank you for all your patience and assistance over the past few months. The door was fitted whilst we were away on holiday and I just wanted to say how pleased we are with product. I am a stickler for detail and I have to say I am blown away by the quality of the Euro Funkyfront door. The chap we used to fit the door says in his 30 years of carpentry (including the fitting of doors and windows for people), he cannot remember fitting a better made product than Kloeber and I suspect he will be guiding people in your direction in the future.
