In order for us to provide a quotation we require the following details; your forename and surname, email address, postal address and telephone number(s). We also gather other information such as which products you are enquiring about and information regarding your project.
We may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, email or other communication with you (in order to check any instructions given to us, for training purposes, for crime prevention and to improve the quality of our customer service).
How do we use this information?
The information collected will be added to our customer database and will be used to assist with our service to you; firstly, to inform you of events, new products and special offers and secondly, to provide you with a quotation/product information as requested by you.
